With the holidays quickly approaching many are beginning to stress and get frazzled.
Here are 5 ways ways to make you feel good and enjoy!
1) Get physical!
Whether it’s moving your body in the gym, taking a walk, doing yoga, dancing or hey let’s be honest…sex is a good physical way of feeling good…just do something to get that body active and moving! When you move, your body release endorphins…endorphins make you feel good! So, get moving!
Surround yourself with people who are positive! Forget the naysayers, they’ll bring you down to their level.
You want to be around those who share the same positive energy and thought process that you do!
3) Practice Gratitude
Appreciate all you have. There is always something to be grateful for. If you woke up this morning that’s the first thing you should be grateful for and I’m assuming you’re alive and well if reading this! When you appreciate and are grateful for the blessings and good things in your life, your attitude changes and you feel better about everything going on. It doesn’t mean everything is perfect (that’ll never happen) but it does mean that you’re overlooking those things and focusing on the good! Be grateful!
Yep, stop and take a break for a few minutes. Take a quick walk, do some yoga, just get away for a little while. Take a step back from what you’re doing and escape for a quick refresher. You’ll come back with a renewed attitude. It’s amazing what a 10-15 minute break can do for the body and soul.
5) Fuel Your Body!
Just like your car needs oil, gas and maintenance to run efficiently and at optimum levels, so does your body!
Nourish it with healthy foods and drink plenty of H2O.
Eat clean, nourishing foods that are good for the body and not junk…
eat crap, feel like crap
eat healthy, feel healthy
Now, go and feel good! enjoy life!
