Because of one question in the spotlight, I decided to share some fellow FitFluential Ambassadors Body Weight Workouts

I personally love me some push ups!

What is a body weight workout?
Body weight exercises are effective in improving strength, flexibility and balance without weights, equipment or fitness machines…
basically just using your own body weight for the workout (thus the name!)

Here are a few from Noelle:

And, here are two that do incorporate the use of dumbbells so they’re not totally body weight

Yep! In fact that’s been my challenge the last two months. In June I joined a challenge to do 1000 pushups. Completed it and pushups are my least fav thing. So this month I challenged my fanpage to do 1000 pushups, 200 crunches or leg lifts, and 1000 lunges. I like body weight workouts because there is absolutely no excuse not to get them done.

I’ve been putting more work in at the office lately, which = less gym time. Body weight workouts are where it’s at! Get up, get sweaty, get it done, and get ready for work!
