Today I finished day 3 of Rev Abs workout.
Today was Power Intervals
High-intensity cardio with intervals of lower-body resistance moves designed to rev up your metabolism, melt belly fat, sculpt lean legs, firm the glutes, and work your abs—all at the same time.
Brett Hoebel’s energy and enthusiasm is contagious that’s for sure!
I don’t mind feeling like I’m going to collapse at any time when he’s on there sweating along with me and saying the “RevAnthem”.
Today the squat lunges nearly did me in in the spice round.
There are 3 round of each workout, building the intensity.
The last round is the spice round–adding an advanced twist to each exercise from the the first 2 rounds.
In all honesty, I wanted to quit during the spice round but like Brett said (I think it was in Fire Up Your Abs) that you can do anything for 7 minutes.
So, I kept going…was too close to the end to quit!
No quitting allowed!
Tomorrow’s day 4 and back to Total Strength & Mercy Abs.
