I recently received the Train2Cheer dvd from Train2BeFit.
Now, we all know I’m not the cheerleader type (you know all bubbly & cheery) but, I wouldn’t mind unleashing my inner Hellcat
Train2Cheer Strength & Conditioning is a cutting edge cheerleading and dance fitness video. The DVD includes the 45 minute workout, an exercise technique instruction, and a bonus track. The workout is a combination of cardio and strength training exercises all choreographed to popular songs. Each track focuses on the different elements of cheerleading and dance including stamina for your routine, strength for stunting and tumbling, balance for fliers and dancers, and jumps. You can do the workout from the comfort of your home or as a team at the cheer/dance gym. This workout is for advanced, novice and beginners
Hmmmm, wonder if I keep doing this workout if I’d look like Aly?
One could hope right?!
ahhhhh at last I got to lay down!
While I’m obviously not a cheerleader or a dancer, this workout did work me out!
I always knew Cheerleading took a lot of training, cardio and strength (c’mon I’ve seen enough episodes of Hellcats and Bring it on movies) and this workout DVD was high energy and high impact!
Would I do this regularly?
Probably not because it’s just a bit too cheery for me and because of space confinements (I have small area to workout in) there’s not much room to really move around.
But, I’m sure I’ll throw it in the DVD player when I feel the desire to imitate Aly!
Like I said, one can hope.
Now, if you’re looking for a new workout that’s different and upbeat check out Train 2 Be Fit online
