Those of you who follow me on Twitter or on Facebook know, this week I’ve been posting teasers of fruit infused water!
Now’s the time to finally share with you in one place 🙂
I had the wonderful opportunity to review the Fruit Infusion Jug from Takeya along with a glass water bottle.
I have to admit I LOVE the Fruit Infusion Jug, I could use this every day!
And did!
You’ll see video below and some pictures of some of the refreshing creations I enjoyed compliments of this jug.
I know some of you, I wont mention any names (Kris) that simply do not like water.
If that’s you, you’ve got to try this Fruit Infusion Jug!
Seriously….
You.Have.To
It’ll change how you feel about drinking water.
Plus, it’s all natural…no added sweeteners, no artificial funk or chemical crap (splenda, sucralose, nutrasweet) either.
Just fresh pure ingredients that you put in so, you know exactly what you’re putting into your body to hydrate it.
Fruit Infusion Jug Product Info:
-The fruit infusion jug is made from BPA free Acraglass™ (Acraglass™ is BPA free & food safe—which is great since you don’t want to use plastics or other materials containing BPA).
-It has an airtight twist top lid that locks so it wont spill and it keeps the water fresh.
-Fruit blocking lid keeps fruit suspended to allow free flowing pouring.
-The jug is stain, odor and cloud proof (which is great so you can clearly see how fresh & satisfying your fruit infused water is).
-The fruit infusion jug is streamlined and can fit easily in your fridge door too so there’s no reason you can’t enjoy vibrant fruit infused water daily.
Glass Water Bottle Product Info
This bottle rocks! I got mine with a Cobalt Blue silicone sleeve.
It’s portable and stylish.
They’re eco-friendly, dishwasher safe.
Takeya’s reusable Glass Water Bottles are made from pure glass, which greatly reduces the accumulation of plastic water bottles in landfills across the U.S. and are free of any toxic chemicals.
No more need for plastic bottles.
Keeps your water (or fruit infused water!) fresh & pure.
Silicone jacket provides soft grip & protects the glass bottle.
It also features an airtight leak proof twist cap.
Now for some yummy thirst quenching fruit infused water recipes!
This one wasn’t featured in the video, it’s a Cherry Lime Infused Water
I messed up and put too much lime in it, it ended up overwhelming the cherry.
So don’t go based on the pictures here.
I’d suggest only putting about 3 slices of lime and at least 1-2 cups of cherries in the water.
Let sit for few hours (or overnight if you want it stronger) and then enjoy!
Strawberry Lemon Infused Water
For this I used 3 slices of lemon and 2 cups of organic strawberries.
Simply, put all of it in the Fruit Infuser Jug, let set and enjoy!
Lastly, I did a Fruit Punch style infused water
This one was made using 1/4 cup of cherries, 1 cup of fresh pineapple, 1 cup of organic strawberries and 4 oranges (or was it 3?) either way…use whatever fruit combination and amounts you like.
I love oranges, thus it was the main ingredient.
Simply place all ingredients in the jug and let set for few hours or overnight (depending on how strong you want your water).

Thanks Shelly and I do truly love this pitcher! I’ve made a new pitcher every day…it’ll get its use here that’s for sure!

Kris, I immediately thought of you when I was doing this review!
You could also do a kiwi/strawberry, add fresh mint leaves, cucumber, all kinds of combo’s…but this is sooo cool since it pours and the fruit/stuff stays in the pitcher 🙂
