I received a jar of Coconut Peanut Butter to review from Tropical Traditions.
I’ve done a few other reviews for them as well…
coconut oil hair treatment and coconut oil as well.
So far, all their products are awesome!
Since it’s so hot here in FL (yes while the rest of the US may be getting some cooler weather, we are not), the coconut peanut butter separates.
The oils come to the top and prior to using you have to mix and mix well!
There are only two ingredients in this product.
Yep, you read that right…two!
Organic peanuts and organic coconut!
There are no fillers, no binders, no sweeteners, and no preservatives in this coconut peanut butter.
Just a great blend of coconut and peanuts to make for this smooth creamy scrumptious rich spread.

I couldn’t wait to try it, so I just dug in with good ole’ celery!
yum!
This is also great for adding to smoothies too for added protein and thickness.

I learned the differences in the coconut oils that Tropical Traditions sells.
I visited the Tropical Traditions website and learned that their coconut flour has amazing amounts of fiber, is not treated with sulfites, and need less sugar added to recipes since coconut is naturally sweet.
I subscribe to the email Sales newsletter.
I like/friended them on Facebook.
All their recipes look delicious. I’d like to try the Creamy Coconut Pumpkin Fudge (Dairy-Free) and the Gluten Free Bacon, Egg and Cheese Muffins. And every other recipe…
I liked the Recipes for Eating Well page on Facebook.
I learned that their eggs come from chickens that are fed a soy-free diet, and instead eat coconut pulp and fish meal. This means that the eggs are filled with omega-3s.
I visited the recipes page and there are tons I would like to try, especially the Gluten Free Coconut Flour Chocolate Cake, since I can’t have gluten.

The owners(husband & wife along with their children)went back to her country, the Phillipines, to start a coconut oil based company. It has afforded many local people the opportunity to work and prosper while using the traditional, more natural and pure, process.
