I love getting mail, especially when it contains health & fitness stuff or yummy healthy food!
And that’s what you get from Bestowed.com

Of course, once I opened this box I ripped open the bag of 479 popcorn!
I love popcorn!!!

This month’s box had Orgain sweet vanilla bean shake which was yummmmmmy!
Ideal for a quick breakfast on the run (at least for me it was)


I haven’t had time to try the physique57 express workout dvd yet but I’m getting there.
I’ve heard great things about it so that’s on my list to do.

And, I luv’ my Chick Pz from the Nutty Bean Co.
The bag included was sesame crunch-delish straight out of the bag or toss in your salad from some added crunch (and protein)

Lastly, Nature’s Path smart bran cereal.
