Here’s a quick mini veggie pizza using Bays.
Easy to make too, just put a little pizza sauce on the Bays English Muffins
and top with your favorite veggies…
here we used portabella mushrooms, and peppers w/soy cheese.
Baked in oven for a few…
YUM!
For the meat eaters…
Add some hot Italian sausage and veggies for these mini pizzas.
If you’re not into pizza and prefer the more traditional uses for english muffins…
plain, yet still tasty, Bays with butter
or the tried and true… fried egg with ham & cheese
Fried eggs aren’t your thing…do it with scrambled or like this one…use EggBeaters or EggBeaters all whites…
