It’s Motivation Monday and I’m keeping it really short and simple today…

If you need help staying motivated, inspired, positive you may want to consider hiring an inspiration coach.

smile even when you don’t want to! love that one. we did an experiment for one of my psych classes where we held a pen between our teeth, forcing us to smile and people had more positive word associations when they did that !

Ohmygosh love this. I also studied that psych pencil experiment. Totally works. Smile, say kind things to others, and soon your mood will pick up on its own.
I also love days where I do yoga. Yoga and/or meditation is really so invigorating. Me-time helps destress and re-center, in my experience. (So does a week’s vacation–I just wrote about RELAXING: http://tinyurl.com/7mwyc6z )
Pinnninggg this adorable happy to-do list so I can look at it on a bad or blah day.

Love the one about smiling even when you don’t want to! It’s so true how simply smiling can brighten your day a bit.

I usually enjoy my 9:30 pm time, as that’s when I take a nice hot shower and then get into my comfy jammies. Then I sit at the computer or desk and work until past midnight, but that’s another story!

These graphs are sooooo cute. Not as cute as you in that yoga outfit, but still pretty spiffy AND ginchy!
