Motivation:
1. the act or an instance of motivating
2. desire to do; interest or drive
3. incentive or inducement
Usually when we hear the word motivation we think about losing weight, working out, reaching a goal.
To some it could be a normally simple task, of getting out of bed, going to work, dealing with kids, going on with life.
Everyone has something different that drives them.
If someone is depressed or discouraged, they may need motivated to do normal daily life.
Another may want to run a half marathon and needs to continually be motivated to get out and run and train.
Each of us are unique individuals, made differently, think differently, react differently…
You need to find what motivates YOU.
What works for one person may not be the thing that works for you.
Here are some quick tips to help you to continue on, even when you want to quit.
-Don’t let others derail you.
-Establish goals and what you have to do to reach them
-Take action (whether that means working out, or simply getting up, being happy, whatever…take action)
-Stay away from negative people (sadly this isn’t as easy as it sounds, sometimes it can involve family, friends, co-workers who you have to deal with). If you can’t avoid them, try to take what they say and do with a grain of salt and not let them derail you.
-Visualize the outcome-whether it’s seeing yourself 20 pounds lighter, crossing the finish line of a race, getting a promotion, not having to deal with certain people…whatever the case may be…see the desired results and focus on those.
-Enlist the help, support of a trusted positive friend or a coach to help keep you on track
-Spend time in prayer, mediation
-If you still feel like quitting, spend more time in prayer or with supportive people
-Take it one day at a time, working towards your ultimate goal

I have been browsing online more than three hours today, yet I never found any interesting article like yours. It’s pretty worth enough for me. In my view, if all webmasters and bloggers made good content as you did, the internet will be a lot more useful than ever before.
