Time goes by no matter if we’re working on our goals or not.
Be it a goal to lose weight, get in shape, get stronger or a more material goal of perhaps starting a business, building a home….
Every 24 hours will pass whether you do something or not to progress towards your goal.
Why not make sure you do something…anything…no matter how small to bring you closer to that goal.
It’s easier to eat the elephant one bite at a time than to look at a huge vision and be intimidated by the size of it and do nothing.
Each step is progress.
Don’t stand still, keep progressing, keeping moving towards achieving your goals.

Wanting to get stronger…add more weights to your workouts or more reps.
Desire to eat healthier…swap whole grains for white flour/bread/rice…stop drinking soda.

Building a home…make plans, design, research.
