But, sometimes with everything that’s going on in our lives it’s not so easy.
Meditation only works if you do it. And, yes you can do it. Make it daily habit like brushing your teeth: do it every day and get the benefits. You’ll feel better right away and it prevents dis-ease! ~ Sarah McLean

I find peace when I am either doing my devotion (quiet time) or on the river trail with (or without) my children enjoying nature and getting exercise ๐
