Weekly update..which is kinda a blur
so I think it went something like this…
Monday: 83 total pushups through the day and honestly don’t remember what else I did Monday…oh had to pick up a new battery charger for Christa’s macbook pro and new phone since her crackberry finally had enough
Tuesday: Have no clue what I did on Tuesday at all…other than Christa being picked up to go to Jupiter the day was a blur
Wednesday: Took pics for Joann and discussed biz & other randomness, AT&T DSL touch & go, rode bike for over 2 hours catching up on season 1 of Teen Wolf on Netflix…When will season 7 of Supernatural be on Netflix!!??!
75 pushups, 3.47 min plank, 100 squats
Thursday: No DSL compliments of AT&T continued outage so spent day doing laundry, cleaning ( even though the maids service nyc helped me out) and changing Tardis’ water (oh what fun), rode bike for 2 hours watching Immortals
3.52 min plank, 102 pushups (through the day not at once…I wish!), 120 squats
Friday: Worked on customers blog (yes, I and Joann are still doing blog transfers, overhauls/tweaks, etc. via TarasWeb.com
Worked on internet research for another customer
Drove to Jupiter to get Christa, got back at 11 pm-ish
Did not work at golf course via hot dog/grill cart
Saturday (today): quick trip to Barnes & Noble (gotta luv the ‘pick me up at store’ option on their site…order online, run in store, pay and get out!),
grocery store (always a fun time),
won a free Fantasy 5 ticket..though I know I know I know I’m holding tonight’s winning Power ball ticket!!!!
more laundry
and will be hitting the bike and pushups in a bit
Did not work at golf course via hot dog/grill cart nor am I working tomorrow apparently either…

I’m running a 10K tomorrow and have been doing Crossfit a few times this past week.

Wow, i am so impressed with those push ups, even if they’re not all at once. I did 24 yesterday, down one from my best, but 5 better than day one of the challenge. Held my plank for 3:35 (isi, I can’t remember exactly right now). Will try for longer later today. I’m skipping the squats due to knee issues.
