Wow a cell phone company who repeatedly excels in great customer service. I’m impressed…again.
See, the other day my cell phone decided it wanted to venture off into the big yonder via the easiest exit…the toilet.
Well, I did get it out and YES the water was clean toilet water before I snatched my wonderful phone from the water only to discover that no matter how much blow drying, blowing it out w/compressed air and letting it dry that phone was not coming back to life!
So, no major problem…I had 2 cell phones, 1 each w/2 different companies. I’ll just transfer the phone number from one to the other since I rarely used my original Tmobile #
It took me over 30 mins on automated phone nonsense with the original company to just get my account number and ID so I could authorize the transfer of the phone #
Today I had to call Tmobile as the voice mail hadn’t gone through yet and it’d been 48 hours, the woman on the phone who was in IL (sorry don’t remember her name) was mega sweet, nice, outgoing and even talked while we waited for the system to update my voice mail options.
I was totally shocked, only a few mins on hold, a live FRIENDLY person and she resolved my problem in under 5 minutes!
And, get this…she thanked me for my biz and wished me a good day!
Not often heard of anymore, especially when dealing w/cell phone companies, so hats off to Tmobile…again!

I also have T-Mobile and have been pleased with their service.
My motto is what they actually did:
Business goes where it is deserved and Stays where it is appreciated.
I see so many companies not even appreciate their customers until they stop buying.
