Since I’m not a materialistic type to begin with, I’m always frugal to a degree; however, here’s some things you can do that will help your pocketbook as well as the environment.
Buy only what you NEED. Do you REALLY need 20 pairs of shoes?
Eat at home. Cook those meals, yes you can do it. It’s not that difficult to get out a few pots or pans and whip up a meal from scratch. It’s better for you financially as well as healthier for you.
Buy in bulk. It saves you $ as well as helping the environment on less individual packaging, transporting and will save you money on gas as well since you won’t have to travel to the store as often.
Take advantage of coupons, rebates and refunds. In fact, if you go online to rabattkod – kupongerna cdon you can find a ton of coupons.

Nope I don’t need 20 pairs of shoes, I have 3 pairs right now, flip flops, sneakers and a nicer pair of sandals.
I have learned that less is better as far as possessions go!

I totally agree with Danielle! Thanks Tara for these helpful tips because even if we know this stuff, it helps to be reminded every once in a while.

I totally agree! I love to cook and I save by using coupons and only buying what is on sale. Nothing beats a home cooked meal!
