1. Favorite time to workout?
First thing in the morning and in the evening. I like to run and do yoga in the morning, ride bike in the evening.

I love the performance tank top and shorts from Alo Clothing
4. Favorite song to listen to while working out.
I don’t listen to music when I work out….call me weird but I prefer silence to gather my thoughts, and just focus on what I’m doing.
5. Exercise you like best?
Biking, then running
6. Favorite post workout snack.
water, fruit infused water for drink and I don’t have a favorite snack…pretty much anything!
7. How do you get to where you work out?
I work out at home or start running from home.
8. Would you workout if you didn’t have to in order to stay fit and healthy?
Yes, love running and biking…the freedom, the rush, the wind in my hair to be cliche’
9. How many times per week do you exercise?
usually 6 days a week
10. What gets you most motivated to workout?
the feeling I have during and after the workout
11. Do you work alone or with a partner?
totally alone
12. What do you drink? water, sports drinks or?
water, fruit infused water
13. Favorite thing about working out?
the results I can physically see, the rush/feeling of accomplishment and power and of course the health aspects too
