I recently did a review of the Simple Fitness Tracker Project.
It’s a simple (thus the name of it I’m sure), easy fitness tracker.
You can log in via your gmail account and you simply log in every day and input your weight, how far you ran, how many pushups & crunches you did and your goal weight.
You can add other activities (ie: walking, yoga, cross fit, sleep, whatever).
It produces a line chart of your progress.
Which as you can see by mine, my push ups were all over the board! lol
Crunches, I did but I don’t count mine thus the reason they’re straight across.
My weight…well drat…only down 2 pounds..better than nothing right.
This little tool is great to use.
I; however, have been mega busy and while I workout and run or bike I often forget to log it in since when I’m online I’m usually blogging, Tweeting or updating Facebook and forget to log in my activities.
That’s a personal flaw that I have.
If you can remember to log in your workouts, this is great and convenient to use and chart your progress.
Oh, and if you forget to log in a day (or two or three in my case), it enables you to log in days missed or just jump to current date.
Best of all…it’s free to use!

Hi Tara, thanks for the review! I’ve been on this program for about 5 months and have lost over 35 pounds. From what I’ve read, there’s a danger of gaining the weight back in the year or so after a big loss, so it’s something I’m trying to stick with for the long haul. Some days are definitely worse than others, but staying fit sure beats the alternative. Have a good one!
