I think I burn a ton more than 100 calories jumping rope for 18 minutes lol. I’m out of breath at minute 6. But then again I’m going fast and not leisurely. I’m trying to master the “double unders”.

since winter is basically spring this year in these parts, my recent obsession for burning calories AND HAVING A BLAST AT THE SAME TIME — roller blading.

Wonder what doing laundry burns? (In my house that means dragging a basket full of dirty clothes from the second floor down the basement. Nine times out of ten, it also means dragging the clean load I find in the dryer back up to the second floor. LOL)

Sometimes all it takes is adding just a little bit here and a little bit there! It all adds up! I add walks to my work week. I walk to work (in nice weather) from where I park my car (about 2 miles) and I walk during my lunch break. It’s a nice break from the stress and work monotony.
