Do you realize there’s a difference in wishing and doing?!
You can sit online and reblog all kinds of motivational pictures, etc. on Tumblr all you want but you have to start doing something to achieve what you want.
You won’t lose weight wishing.
You won’t be able to run that 5K or half by wishing.
You won’t be able to deadlift 350 pounds by wishing.
You won’t get that job promotion by wishing.
If you need that extra push to get started, hire a coach to help you or find a friend who will really push you and encourage you rather than one who will baby you.
