Well, I did not feel like riding my bike yesterday, but I did…
because I knew if I didn’t, I’d regret it.
I’m 106 calories off from my 842 calorie 75 min bike ride the other day. Now to make myself feel better I could say it’s because I’ve lost weight so I wasn’t expending as many calories per minute as before but that’d only justify a few of the 100+
I just did not have it in me to beat the 842.
I rode for 75 minutes, burning 736 calories.
I wasn’t in the mood, I was letting things that are going on affect me, I didn’t feel like doing anything.
I could go on but on a good note, at least I did something, and 736 calories isn’t too bad.
It’s more than I’d have burnt sitting at my computer wondering how to solve the problems that I’m dealing with.
So, my question for you…
Do you still workout when you don’t feel like it?
Do you find you’re better off when you do?

Do you still workout when you don’t feel like it? I try to make myself work out. Doesn’t always work.
Do you find you’re better off when you do? Yes, I do. Sometimes when I just make myself do 15 minutes, I end up doing 30 to 60 minutes.

I frequently DONT wanna workout….and most days (lately anyway) I am able to make myself do it! And I always feel better after…but getting started is hard!! I am so stealing that quote & pic…it makes me feel better about my slow behind! 😉

On most days I have to force myself to exercise because I am in pain each and every day and when you are in pain…your brain is telling your body to not move. I think of that each day to motivate myself to get up and move around…cleaning, walking, dancing, whatever…exercise is exercise!
