Yes, I have missed 4 or 5 days posting updates here…
I’ve been busy so getting caught up here.
Today’s day 29 of the push up challenge
Stay Motivated is the key!
There were days that I had no desire to do the push ups or RevAbs, but kept going!
And, I know you can do it too!
Today’s push up schedule:
5:40 a.m. 43 standard push ups
6:30 a.m. 32 incline push ups
7:05 a.m. 28 plank push ups
and that’s just over 100 for the morning
Tomorrow’s the last day of the challenge, but I’m going to be continuing with this and working up to more consecutive push ups!

Today’s RevAbs workout was Total Strength and Mercy Abs
almost an hour of ab work but it never feels like it since it’s an enjoyable workout.
C’mon anything would be enjoyable with Brett Hoebel working with you! ๐
