Today’s day 16 of my 100 push ups a day challenge:
Was running a bit off schedule today.
I did 37 standard push ups this morning around 6 a.m.
followed by 44 standard push ups around 7:55 a.m.
and I just ran/jog/walked 3 miles and finished off with 42 more standard push ups.

Today’s RevAbs workout was “Fire Up Your Abs” again.
All I know is Brett Hoebel makes it enjoyable to want to workout! LOL
