Whooohoooooo!
This evening’s bike ride was invigorating (and you’ll see how sweaty in a bit)
I started off with a Cranberry Raspberry electrolyte drink from GenerationUCAN
I am still amused by the BlenderBottle as well! What can I say, I’ve told you all I’m easily amused before.
The drink was scrumptious, filling and yet light at the same time if that makes any sense?!
For the numbers part of this…
75 minutes on indoor bike-burnt 893 calories
That’s 29 more calories than yesterday’s ride.
I’m loving the numbers ๐
Meanwhile, a few friends and I were discussing just how much we sweat and while they won’t post pics of their sweat-fest and I’m sworn to secrecy I will post mine…
Note that the tank top is supposed to be a light blue (this will be important for next picture!)
Meanwhile obviously the sports bra I have on under kept the sweat from making its way to the outer tank top where the girls are…but gives great reference point for the color of dry tank and sweaty tank.
Now, for my back!
I drenched the entire thing!
