There are 25 days until Christmas…
And while I know not everyone celebrates Christmas, the majority does at least acknowledge it and for all intent purposes I’m using it for the count down to make sure you don’t gain weight during the “holiday season” and you continue to eat properly and stay active!
It’s easier to maintain your weight than it is to lose weight.
Don’t start the New Year off with “resolutions” that you’ll lose weight, eat healthier, etc. to just break those…practice all those habits now so it’ll be second nature and become your lifestyle.
This 25 day plan is to help you maintain your weight, quick simple effective ways to stay active and some other tips to keep you healthy and happy during the holidays.
Side note this isn’t for the hardcore people who workout on a regular basis and already eat healthy.
This is for the beginner…those who are entering the holiday season and may or may not have concern about indulging and gaining some “holiday weight” or those who don’t have regular physical activity in their life.
Every day there are workout plans, tips and healthy eating tips day by day for the 25 days until Christmas.
