Today’s Thankful Thursday again.
Where we take time and focus on the things we should be, and are, thankful for rather than focusing on our worries or things we believe are problems.
“Gratitude can transform common days into thanksgivings, turn routine jobs into joy, and change ordinary opportunities into blessings.”
— William Arthur Ward
I know most people (myself included) say that they’re thankful for their family, children, friends, God and when I say it I mean it as well because those are the only constants in my life.
Everything else can come and go (which I’m thankful when some things go).
But, the steady things in my life are my relationship with God and His daily renewing of mercy and grace and provisions in my life (even when I don’t think He’s providing-as quickly as I’d like-He is providing), my kids, my family and the select true friends that are always around.
For all of that I’m thankful.
I’m also thankful for the new people I meet and get to know, the opportunity to help others, the occasion to grow and enjoy life.
Every day may not be good, but there’s good in every day

What are YOU thankful for today?
Take a few minutes out of your busy schedule and give it some thought.
If you’re thankful for a person, tell them as well.
“God gave you a gift of 86,400 seconds today. Have you used one to say “thank you?”
— William A. Ward
