Make these daisy mousse cups to delight everyone.
Ingredients needed:
DOVE CHOCOLATE DISCOVERIES™ (DCD) Dessert Cups
DCD Chocolate Mousse (Makes a perfectly rich, creamy, French-style chocolate mousse)
DCD Chef Series Chocolate
Thin pretzel sticks
M&M’s® Candies for garnish
Directions:
Prepare the Chocolate Mousse as directed on the package. Fill the Chocolate dessert cups with the mousse. Dip thin pretzel sticks into tempered chocolate and place on parchment paper to harden. Using a pastry bag, pipe melted chocolate (partially hardened) onto the pretzel to form the flower. Before it hardens, add an M&M’s® for the flower center. Once firmly hardened, stand the flower in the mousse, and garnish as desired.
