Both are registered via godaddy.com and will be transferred via godaddy.com
Graphics for the business
On the site it currently is set up via PayLoadz.com but also has OSCommerce installed as well (note: the items shown listed in the OSCommerce section are NOT offered any longer but are still showing in the old cart)
All content for the 10 intention kits will be provided to you as well (in document format and pdf format)
There is also a Twitter account set up for Intention Kits which could be transferred to the new owner.
Additionally, there is a Facebook page that new buyer would be made admin of.
I will also include one year free hosting on the existing host (host gator).
