The city of plantation is celebrating its 70th birthday!
There’s a great display at the Plantation Historical Society museum.
I had a wonderful chat with Merry who works there and wandered the displays, learned some new things about Plantation, listened to oldies on the juke box, enjoyed the then & now photos, played some 1950’s quizzes and saw how much this area has changed in the last 70 years.
It’s free to go, though donations are appreciated.
