Even then we’re not supposed to judge.
But most people judge, ridicule, condemn, lecture others and the whole time they have no idea of what the person has dealt with.
It’s a shame that people can’t literally walk someone else’s life for even a day to get a true grasp on that person’s life.
No matter how badly you think you really understand someone and what they deal with and go through, nobody can truly understand another person’s experiences unless they have lived through them themselves and even then there will be differences as no two people walk the exact same path or are made to handle situations exactly the same.
