Last week @BikiniOrBust, @Kelly Olexa of @FitFluential and I were in a tweet party (think it was FitBlogChats) and talking about doing vlogs when we’re all sweaty.
I’ve had problems with my web cam so last night found the Flip and did a quickie after I did my 75 minute bike ride.
Unfortunately, you can’t really see all the sweat since the lighting in here is bad and on Flip it just wasn’t grabbing it, plus in part of it I had it at wrong angle and cut off from my mouth down! lol
I really need to fix webcam! lol
But, anyhow I rode my bike for 75 minutes, burned 756 calories and had sweat running off me, veins in hands and temples bulging and had a good ride…
right in time to catch most of FitBlog from PC rather than trying to keep up while riding bike and using iPad!
So, the question of the day:
Do you like to sweat?
Do you gauge your workout by how much you sweat?
