Stress is the trash of modern life – we all generate it but if you don’t dispose of it properly, it will pile up and overtake your life.

To help dispose of all the ‘trash’, make a daily goal to work on one of your stressors (an activity, event, or other stimulus that causes stress).
Just for today focus on eliminating one stressor from your life.
Keep doing this just for today, every day…then it’s not a stressor itself.
Example: if you feel anxious or stressed because of lack of sleep, just for today plan on going to bed earlier than normal or read a book to help you go to sleep early.
Do this just for today, and keep doing it until it becomes habit.
If you’re making an effort to eat less junk food or processed food, just for today plan healthy meals and snacks.
Don’t let the areas of your life you want to change or improve start to pile up on you, work on them daily…disposing of the ‘trash’ and not letting it build up and overtake you.
