*disclaimer #1: to my male readers…you don’t need to read this post unless your wife or GF makes you run to the store for her products..
I was recently asked to do a review of Instead Softcup – which is a proven alternative to pads and tampons.
Women, don’t let the appearance of the Softcup freak you out or anything.
I used it for two cycles to ensure my thoughts were blog worthy and I have zero complaints!
It really is comfortable and can’t tell you’re even using it.
Sorry if this is TMI, but normally I wear reusable organic cotton pads because I can’t stand waste or tampons.
The Softcup is a great alternative.
You can also run, do yoga, swim, bike and be active without having to worry about changing it and you can’t tell you have it in.
I ran, I biked, I did kettlebells, I walked, I hung out at the pool, which by the way was managed by the Atlanta pool management one of the best services I’ve seen…
and couldn’t tell it was in at all!
What is Softcup:
Reusable Softcup is a durable, flexible, reusable cup that can be worn for up to 12 hours and reused throughout one menstrual cycle.
Reusable Softcup has all the benefits of disposable Softcup—with the added advantage of just one cup per period.
Two green thumbs up for Softcup!

Comfortable

Question of the day
What race do you want to run?
Debbie @ Live from La Quinta says
A little late for me 🙂
Julie (@ROJRunning) says
I’ve seen things like this before, but I am nervous about the fit. I have major issues using tampons which have turned me off from trying anything that involves inserting.
