Ferro Cosmetics sent me a few items to review.

It was started by Krissy Ferro who is “say it like it is” kinda gal.
She has designed everything herself and removed a major worry for women by bringing to the market a one of a kind makeup line that was made just for women, that’s totally safe, long wearing, and of course, totally Glam.

The packaging is sleek and contemporary.

The colors are rich, vibrant and lasting.

I tried the matte veil in sheer matte. It lasted all day giving a great finishing.

I also got to try Naivete which is a multipurpose 100% mineral pigmented blush that adds color to cheeks and can also be used on lips, eyes and nails too! It was a bit light for my cheeks (I have a tan though) but did add a hint of color to my eyes. I haven’t tried it on my lips or nails but may just do that!

Lastly, I used February Eye Candy Mineral Eye Shadow

I put some on my wrist to show you since I couldn’t get a good picture of my eye (sorry my daughter photographer was sick so couldn’t help me).
This was a subtle amethyst shade with a touch of sheen.

Overall I was extremely satisfied with the products I got to review.
I love the fact they’re natural mineral makeup and lasted through the day too.

It’s a given that in a crowd of people outside with mosquitoes, I’m going to be the one getting bit up! (hmmmm maybe because I’m so sweet, yea that must be it!)
I refuse to slather on or spray on a bunch of chemical funk to ward off the bugs though.

Now, I don’t have to.
All Terrain makes a natural insect repellent, Herbal Armor.

I used this over the weekend since I was traveling over parts of FL and it’s been rainy and knowing I’d encounter bugs of all sorts.
It worked.
I got home last night and didn’t have one single bite on me.
That’s a first because normally I’m bit up all over.

The Herbal Armor Natural insect repellent has a fresh citronella smell (gee imagine, since there’s citronella in it)
It’s sweat proof too! Big plus in the South Florida heat and humidity.

I just received Tree Hut Shea Sugar Body Scrub-Coconut Lime to review, and I’m luvin it!

This has such an uplifting coconut lime aroma that it opens the senses.
Combine that with the exfoliating from the grains of sugar and rejuvenating that goes on when you use this, it’s totally invigorating.

The Shea Sugar Body Scrub is nice and thick, unlike others I’ve tried that were more oil than substance.
I opened the jar and found an easy to spread sugar scrub that wasn’t separated (you know the ones I’m talking about, where all the sugar is at the bottom of the jar and there’s nothing but oil on top–
This isn’t like those!)
This is rich and has the right amount of sugar for smoothing away the excess dry skin.
The organic shea butter in Tree Hut’s sugar scrubs is really moisturizing.

I was pleasantly pleased with this botanical duo of lime and coconut.
I plan on using this at least once a week to exfoliate and moisturize too.
