This week blew by…
not sure where it went!
Started the week off admitting I gained weight & starting a juice fast to cleanse & regroup my thoughts.
Making a variety of juices = yummmy!
Announced Fit Feb Challenge!
Accountability challenge in exercise, eating, drinking water and tracking all food/beverage intake along with workouts.

Took the leap and tried a chia drink.
Something up til now just seem icky about drinking chia but it’s actually good and not creepy like I thought it would be!

Monday, I’ll check in on the weight loss and mental/physical status of my juice fasting.
