Wellness Wednesday – no shortcuts

There are no short cuts when you’re training or doing anything for that matter.
I know as a kid, I used to take short cuts on my runs and at other times.
Little did I know then that those short cuts would affect me and my ability and journey.

money but they do not make you become a better, stronger or more
skillful person.” – Anonymous

Shortcuts don’t just apply to money and success…
they apply to every area of your life…
weight, training,  running, eating, as well as every day life.

You know what you have to do, so do it!
Make the effort, put in the time and sweat to see real lasting progress rather than a short cut that most likely will not have a lasting positive effect.

I do take shortcuts. I just realized this week how much my struggle is mental. Sigh…
