Newdle (massage & back pain relief) Review, Discount & Giveaway

Posted by Tara Burner 91 comments

Wow, beginning to wonder if I didn’t get massive back pain this week so I could have two blog posts out of it or what?!
Seriously, this morning I posted about exercises for lower back pain and now am doing a review of the Newdle for back relief!

I received the Slim Newdle which is supposed to be mainly for use in bed.
It’s supposed to help you fall asleep faster, while giving you a deep, relaxing massage. Simply placed crosswise behind your upper or lower back in bed, making sure it is
centered along your spine.

However, since I’ve been sleeping on ice packs the last few days I opted to try mine at my desk chair since I was falling behind due to limited time I could stand the pain at desk.

I have mine on my desk chair now and honestly it’s the only way I’m able to sit here for any length of time now!
So, while I’m still in pain the Newdle is alleviating some of it and enabling me to be able to function (work) better so two thumbs up.
When used on my chair, it’s acting as a lumbar support helping maintain correct posture while releasing tension in my back…whohoooooooo!
Hopefully by tomorrow my back will be back to normal (as normal as I can be anyhow) and I’ll be pain free and totally functioning again!

*disclaimer* do you know how hard it is to hold a camera out to side to take pic when your back hurts?! not easy task!

Look at all the benefits of using the Newdle on your chair.

You can also use it in bed.

The Newdle is made from a specialized material that is comfortable, lightweight, flexible and resistant to bacteria, mildew and mold.
It is CFC-free, recyclable and odorless (big bonuses as far as I’m concerned).

You can even use the Newdle like a foam roller, check out the video of how the Newdle may release muscle groups much faster and with much less effort than a foam roller.

Check out this short video of how to use the Newdle-

I want a newdle because I have pain in my lower back pretty much all of the time. I usually get a massage to help relieve the pain, but those are pretty expensive. Having a product like the newdle could help me to be pain-free!

Sorry you are in so much pain…I know what back pain is like and it is not fun at all. Dealing with it myself but for a different reason than you. I learned from their site that they have a few different types of the Newdles although I think my favorite would be the slim newdle with the gray cover. Feel better soon Tara!

I would like a Newdle because I was recently diagnosed with a birth defect with one of my kidneys so now I am prone to kidney stones and kidney infections and the back pain from both is terrible! I am hoping the Newdle would help with some of that pain.

I learned that there are at least 15 muscles that attach in the hip region where a massage therapist cant easily get to. The newdle seems to facilitate better stretching and release of all these points. Pretty cool.

Back pain! The agony of back pain is why I need a Newdle! I spend so much time sitting running so the back pain is bad. It hurts most when I sit and when I wake up so the Newdle would be perfect since I could both sit and sleep with it!
