Stress is a necessary evil. It can help creativity flow while making deadlines. But too much as you indicated it not good. And I believe contributes to my grey stress hairs ;)

being stressed out is no fun, but sometimes it’s the motivation I need to get my rear in gear!

Meditation relaxes me. And my dogs, as annoying as they can get when I’m on a deadline, can be incredibly relaxing. One in particular will sit next to me and nuzzle. His calm becomes my calm.

Great topic. I think all of us who have discovered exercise are quite fortunate, b/c I do think it makes a world of difference in controlling the stress effects.
