This is a fun recipe book providing quick, easy and nutritious recipes for kids to enjoy.

“Healthy Eating for Kids” was written with the busy family in mind (which in this day and age which family isn’t busy?)
The recipes are designed to be prepared in 15 minutes or less.
Each one is formulated keeping your child’s nutritional needs in mind to keep them healthy, strong, energetic.
The recipes are in kid size portions but hey if you want to enjoy some, double up the recipe.

The 60 fun & healthy recipes in divided into six different categories, including:
* Snacks
* Drinks
* Lunch at Home
* Packed Lunches for School
* Evening Meals at Home
* Desserts

Features of the recipes:
* They’re healthy
* Contain nutrients that your child needs in their daily diet
* Quick and easy to make
* Uses common household ingredients
* Encourages your child to get involved with his or her own nutrition

The only thing I missed (didn’t care for) is the book is lacking photo’s of the made recipes.
I’m a visual person, especially when it comes to food.
So, I like to see what I’m making before I make it.
That’s just me…

You can get your copy at Healthy-Eating-For-Kids.com or
the Amazon Kindle version here

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

#1 Sam Buck :

I’m working on my review of this e-book right now, actually, and I couldn’t agree more about the pictures. I thought it was just my computer not showing them to me or something…there’s plenty of space for them. Even a drawing would do! (I’m tempted to MS Paint-in some cheesy doodles..hah)
