I’ll have the video demonstrating some of the exercises you can do with an exercise ball (Product #30-19000) done soon, but here are a few glimpses of some in the Exercise Ball Full-Body Workout I Exercise Cards Product # 55-11001.

Benefits of using an exercise ball
Using an exercise ball uses multiple muscles at the same time while forcing your body to balance itself
Develops/improves core stability
Improves muscle balance
Improves posture
Helps alleviate back pain and possibly prevent pain in the future.

Some of the exercises you can do with an exercise ball
One leg extension helps with hamstrings and shoulders.

The lat pullover works back, core and triceps.

The overhead squat with the exercise ball works shoulders, glutes and quads.

Doing push-ups with the exercise ball works your chest, triceps and shoulders.
