It’s almost February, you know what that means…
a new challenge!
And, this year is leap year so we have an extra day!

This month is all about tracking your workouts and food intake.
Keeping track of all this helps you with your goals and achieving a fitter, healthier you.

You will be challenged to:
– Log your daily food & beverage intake focusing on drinking 6-8 glasses of water daily and eating 6-8 servings of veggies & fruits along with whole grains, lean proteins and limiting your sugar & processed food intake
– Exercise at least 5 times a week (minimum of 30 minutes)
– Focus on the positive in your life

To get started:
Download the FitFeb Challenge daily log
It’s a Word document so you can easily type in your daily food/beverage intake, exercise, etc.
You don’t have to complete all of them every day…
Do what you can, push yourself a bit each day.
This is to help you develop habits that are good for you and develop healthy body, mind and soul.

All the best with your challenge! I am just wrapping up the #PatriotsPushUps challenge, which actually did work and inspired me to get my daily push ups done. I am sure you will inspire your challenge peeps to new heights as well.
