Be Present yoga clothing review & giveaway
140 comments
I received a pair of Mobility Pants in currant from BePresent.com maker of great yoga clothes for women and men. And, if you’re not into yoga but want comfy clothes, they’re the ones for you!
Be Present is a small family owned business that values close relationships with clients, environmentally friendly practices and doing the right thing. Every item of clothing is proudly made in the USA. Those are bonuses in my book! On top of the superior clothing items they offer! They also help different charities and the majority of the manufacturing is done locally to the actual business. I also love the tag that comes with the clothes that says “Always be present” from founder/designer Amy Lopatin Dobrin. Along with the definition of “be present” — to exist in the current moment, to be inspired by life. Another bonus, the tags are printed on 100% recycled, post-consumer paper.
The pants I got to review are made of Breathe Weave™ .
Breathe Weave TM: the next generation in wicking fiber. No matter how much you sweat, Breathe Weave TM keeps you dry. Worn by yoga instructors and yoga enthusiasts in the hottest studios, Breathe Weave TM has proven to be a fabric that can handle hot yoga and the harshest stretch. Made of a high performance Cotton/Nylon/Spandex blend, Breathe Weave TM wicks sweat away from the body, dries quickly and has give to allow for movement during practice. It has a two way stretch capabilities and maintains its shape when wet and after being washed. Wear Breath Weave TM to stretch, to practice, to sweat and to relax.

The Be Present Mobility Pants do offer lots of mobility!
sorry, you can see the tag on the pants! hard to take your own pic and know what you can & can’t see!
The mobility pants feature:
• Side slits that come up to the knees
• Two front patch pockets
• Drawstring waist
• Cropped length: 23” inseam
• Sits comfortably on the high hip, just below the naval; the rise allows for a wide range of movement during practice without needing to readjust your pants
The last item is a biggie! Not once during my time on the mat did I have to readjust my pants!
Normally with other pants, I have to stop, readjust, pull on this, pull on that, readjust….
Not with these pants!
They offer lots of freedom and mobility without any hassles!

note: the shirt worn here is Active Alphabet Bamboo Tee from KenaOnline.com
Besides wearing for yoga, pilates, these are great for just wearing around the house or out in public…
I wear pretty much everything everywhere-wouldn’t be uncommon to see me out wearing shorts & tank or whatever…
But, with these pants I can be more fashionable and not a total embarrassment to my daughter (though sure something else I wear or do will embarrass her).
And, now you can enter to win your own pair!
Enter to win your Mobility Pants in currant
Retail value $63
Note the image pictured is not the color you’ll get but just a better stock image of the pants.

Wow, very interesting, I learned something new and very interesting about yoga- there are seven chakras. Symbolizing energy centers in the body, each chakra is associated with a color and a symbol. We have a yoga facility next to my office that I keep eyballing, these mobility pants would be perfect for a beginner like me.
I already follow you on twitter, on facebook and now subscibe to rss feed. Just gave you +Klout on fitness and Zensah +Klout on running and follow bepresentinc on twitter and facebook.
Thanks Tara

I love their reasons behind “be present.” This is something we forget in our everyday life, because we’re so worried about what’s going to happen in the future. They make clothing that is comfortable and versatile for everyone and it can help each person to think and be more present!

I learned that the colors for the colors follow the colors of the chakras. *They* should learn that if they had a few paragraphs of content on their homepage & better title tags, they might be easier to find on Google.

At the core of be present are the seven chakras. Symbolizing energy centers in the body, each chakra is associated with a color and a symbol. Chakras are essential to the clothing line – which consists of shirts, pants, camisoles and matching chakra panties. The colors for the line are inspired by the colors of the chakras.

I have never seen the Lily Pad ones. I am in love. These are so on my Christmas list. If I win, I will wear them everywhere not just yoga class. They are so cute and comfy. I hear from other yogis that they last forever as well.
