Wow what timing!
My friend Lisa Johnson is doing a 30 Day Challenge.

Earlier I had posted about my doing RevAbs & crunches in order to get my abs back!
And, prior to that I had blogged about getting serious about my work outs again and even laced up my running shoes again.
So for me to see her Tweet about a challenge was perfect timing!
In addition to my running and doing ab work, I’m committing to doing 100 push ups a day!
Mind you, I won’t be doing them all in one shot (at least not in the beginning)
I used to be able to, but it’s been awhile
But, I will do 100 a day for the challenge!
What will YOU commit to?
Eating better?
Giving up soda?
Giving up sugar?
Getting up early?
Meditating?
